Rowing Action: The rowing action of My Rower E1 is good; however, a steady pull should have been better. You get some jerky movements at the start and the complete machine walks across the room. It does not have an adjustable resistance. There are no fans for workouts.
Short of Some Essential Things: The modern indoor rowers are generally called as ergo meters. An ergo meter is a device that is capable to measure the actual amount of work done. The indoor rowers are calibrated such that they can measure the amount of energy produced by the rower. Unfortunately, this machine is not working as an ergo meter.
